Michael J. Harris began his service to the community as an 18-year-old volunteer youth counselor while attending college and studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Nuclear Physics.
His work has continued through youth counseling, community support, leadership development, and programs that help people strengthen the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
His published training includes Maryland Behavioral Health certifications in Youth Co-Occurring Disorders, Youth Care Coordinator, and Person Centered Care Planning.
